Karl's top "5" (but who's counting right?) categories for Dojo-interest

This is a quick and dirty list of the majority questions on Dojo-interest since roughly the first of 2007. Obviously this isn't a great reference for "Dojo-initest from the beginning" however, these are a fairly great representation of the whole of Dojo-interest due to the large size of "noobie" users that Dojo attracts.
