- scott's bug - intermittent silent failure in createWidget (exception identifies addEventListener permission problem)...maybe caused by firebug. will punt to 0.4.1
- editor2 broken on safari

- #1640 - sync xmlhttp request - will add flag called delayMozLoadingFix (default value false) where if true, makes FF do widget parsing and dojo.addOnLoad() stuff after images/css finish downloading (like in 0.3)
