Description & features:

Provide floating window pane view of debugging statements. Should color code between error/warn/info/trace/etc..

Requirements

• Ability to turn logging on for specific levels, ie warn/debug/error/info
• Remembers state between page refreshes using cookies. Position/hidden/shown/etc should all be remembered.
• Stylable via css
• Turned on via djConfig statement, otherwise system reverts to normal debug output
